In 1995, Mr. Quinlan graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.  In May 2000, Attorney Quinlan graduated from Widener University School of Law and passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in October of that year. 

 

Upon passage of the bar exam, Attorney Quinlan served as a Deputy District Attorney for York County in the Domestic Violence Unit; this job included criminal prosecution of child abusers, rapists, and juvenile offenders. 

 

Now in private practice, Attorney Quinlan proudly represents his fellow Pennsylvanians in Bankruptcy, Family and Criminal matters. 

 

Attorney Quinlan's office is centrally located accross from the Camp Hill Mall, in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; a short drive accross the river from Harrisburg, just off I-581.
